have had my Balmain bag hidden in its box in shame and sadness following it being flung to its demise during a car accident. When I read about The Seam, I knew it was time to try and recover it. Paola, my maker was polite and courteous throughout all communication and kept me fully updated. She has used her incredible craftsmanship and leather skills to repair the damaged parts with new. It looks incredible! I am truly over the moon and I can now wear the bag again with love and pride.
