How to use the service:
1: Take your item to Guest Services and scan the QR code.
2: Fill in some details about your item.
3: Hand your item over to Guest Services.
Now leave the hard work to us, your item will be returned to your home within 6 working days.

Only the items and services above can be pre-paid and dropped off at Bluewater shopping centre. All other items, including jackets, coats, footwear, handbags and accessories can be booked via The Seam and arranged by post.
