From hemming jeans to resizing dresses and everything in between, our skilled Makers ensure your clothes fit perfectly and feel like new. Simply book an appointment with your local Maker, in store every Friday from 6 March 2026, and let us take care of the rest. Book your appointment below.
How to use the service:
1: Book your appointment using the Eventbrite link.
2: Take your item into store and meet your Maker at your scheduled time.
3: Leave your item with your Maker to be altered or repaired.
Most items will be ready for collection the same day. Some items may take a little longer and will be returned the following week — your Maker will advise when they see your item. Items don’t need to be from Primark and can be from any brand.

Don’t see your service listed? Don’t worry. Some services are available on a one-week turnaround. These are more complex services and include: Knit repairs (stitch repairs) Lining repairs,
Zip replacements, Sleeve shortening, or dress reshaping.
Pricing for these more complex services are determined by your Maker following inspection of the item.

Q: Do my items have to be from Primark? A: No. Items can be from any brand.
Q: How long will my alteration or repair take? A: Most items are ready the same day. Some more complex services may take up to one week — your Maker will confirm timings and cost of the service after inspecting the item.
Q: How much will it cost? A: Simple services are available same day and are priced in line with the standard price list above. More complex alterations and repairs are priced by the Maker after they’ve seen your item and will be ready within one week. All pricing is confirmed with you before any work is accepted.
