They paid meticulous attention to detail, from the stitching to the choice of materials, resulting in a pair of loafers that looked and felt like new.
Went in to get an extra hole punched in for a pair of heel straps and did it on the spot! So friendly and helpful - would recommend to anyone who needs a quick fix like that. Heels will fit like a a dream now!!!
